As the Part-Time Fitness Instructor, your role is to lead engaging fitness classes, catered to various fitness levels and goals. Ensure the fitness center is meeting the needs of the community. Delavan Grider Assistant Director

Reports to Executive Director
The Assistant Director (AD) provides strategic leadership and daily oversight for Metro Community Development Corporation (MCDC), dba the Delavan-Grider Community Center (DGCC). Working collaboratively with the Executive Director (ED), the AD focuses on operational and programmatic responsibilities, while also assisting the ED with organizational strategy, financial sustainability, fundraising, and external relations.
The AD partners closely with the Executive Director and staff to ensure the organization's mission is advanced through effective daily operations and clear communication.
Delavan Grider Van Driver

The Delavan-Grider Community Center is seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of individuals to and from the center, as well as supporting various programmatic needs.
School Age Child Care Assistant
Location: 877 East Delavan Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215
Wage: $15-$17 an hour
Hours: Part time, Monday through Friday, including school breaks
Responsible for assisting SACC Coordinator in planning activities for children, handling snacks, ensuring a safe environment for children. Assist children with homework, crafts and other activities.
School Age Child Care Teacher
Location: 877 East Delavan Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215
Wage: 25.00-27.00 per hour
Hours: 20 - 40 hours per week. 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Reports to Executive Director
As an After School Program Classroom Teacher at Delavan Grider Community Center, you will play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for students who are often supported through DSS (Department of Social Services). We are an academic focused after school program with enrichment opportunities. In the program you will work closely with a diverse group of approximately 20 students, offering them snacks, tutoring, additional academic support, and enrichment activities.
